Castle Mails Terms Of Service
~ Castle Mails is NOT a mlm or marketing pyramid of any sort. By joining and participating in Castle Mails you agree to all terms set forth in this agreement. Castle Mails may, at any time, chose to edit, add to or delete from this agreement in part or in its entirety at any time without prior notification to its affiliates. Affiliates will be notified of any and all such changes through an email sent to their email address on file with Castle Mails. If you do not agree with any changes made your only option is to cancel your membership with Castle Mails. By remaining a member of Castle Mails afer notification of any changes, you enter into a binding agreement of acceptance to said changes.
~ Responsibility of Affiliates:~
You must be 16 years of age or older to become a Castle Mails affiliate.
We only Accept members from the countries listed below, and is void where prohibited by local governing laws.
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Japan, Malasia
Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States.
You are required to use your own name and email address in any and all features of the Castle Mails program. Failure to do so could result in the termination of your account, forfeiture of all earnings and benefits in said account and possibly even legal action.
You may have only 1 Castle Mails account.
You may not use the same computer as any other Castle Mails affiliate without prior authorization from admin..
You may not use the same payment account as any other Castle Mails affiliate. Any affiliate found not adhering to this rule risks the possible loss of their account and all earnings and benefits associated with it.
You may not log into Castle Mails using any other account but your own without prior consent from admin.
Your personal information, including your Castle Mails user id and password are your responsibility. They can be changed by logging into your Castle Mails account and clicking on Profile.
Any instances of fraud are grounds for immediate termination of your Castle Mails account and all earnings and benefits within it. If the incident involves having more than one account, Castle Mails reserves the right to file charges for recovery of any earnings paid out to any account involved.
Any forms of system abuse are punishable by the means set forth by Castle Mails on a per instance basis. These punishments may include loss of earnings, loss of downline, termination of your account and even legal action. All punishments will be set forth depending on the form of abuse involved in the circumstance.
Your Castle Mails account is non transferable. You may not sell, trade or give away your Castle Mails account or anything in it without prior consent by admin. This includes: downline, earnings, your account info, any pages accessible only by Castle Mails affiliates and any benefits that are issued to you as an affiliate. Any violation of this term will result in immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of all earnings and benefits that go with it.
You must maintain a valid email account. You agree to receive emails from Castle Mails to this email account. You agree to keep your email account up to date and notify Castle Mails if it should change. You agree to keep you email account in working order and tended so that emails do not start being returned. You agree to not use an autoresponder to send mails to Castle Mails. You agree to communicate with Castle Mails in English and to not send us spam.
~ Relationship of Parties:
You and Castle Mails are independent contractors. Nothing in this agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between the two of us. You agree that you do not have the authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of Castle Mails. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this agreement. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using this program.
~ Limitation of Liability:
Castle Mails will not be held liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this agreement or any other part of the Castle Mails program even if Castle Mails has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Castle Mails aggregates liability arising under this agreement will not exceeed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this agreement. The provisions of all terms listed on this page survive termination or expiration of this agreement.
~ Payments:
Affiliates may earn by clicking the links provided by Castle Mails both inside their Castle Mails account and in select emails sent to their email addresses by Castle Mails. You may earn by referring other affiliates using the link provided to you by Castle Mails. You may also earn through other activites provided at times by Castle Mails. Payments will be made within 30 Days or as funds allow
Castle Mails will pay affiliates when their balance reaches the minimum payout rate set by Castles Mails. Once the member has reached payout and has clicked the required 50 clicks they may request payment. Payments will be made within 30 days or a reasonable time after.
~ Spam:
You may not promote you referral links through unsolicited emailing, newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate loss of your Castle Mails account and forfeiture of all earnings and benefits associated with said account and may also result in legal prosecution. Castle Mails strictly upholds the anti-spam laws. Castle Mails will cooperate fully with any authorities and investigations that may arise from any incident of spam. Castle Mails also reserves the right to charge up to $5 per spam e-mail sent.
~ Affiliate Page Clause:
Castle Mails is not a paid to promote site. We are a paid to read/click site. Therefore, you MUST be active in the paid to read/click areas of Castle Mails in order to earn from the affiliate page feature(s). Anyone caught abusing this feature will have these privledges suspended. In order to request payment you must have a minimum of 10% earnings other than downline and ptp earnings. This means for every dollar you have in affiliate page and downline earnings, you must have $0.10 in earnings from other areas of the site.Affiliate Pages CANNOT be put in surf (click) exchanges or ptc surf (click) exchanges. If the url has clickxsurf, surfclickxfinal, clicksurf or anything remotely like this, it will be deducted from your account. If I have to do this too many times, your affiliate page will be suspended

~ Inactivity:
You must click at least 50 links a month to remain active. If you have received the free upgrade and do not click the minimum required amount, your upgraded ads will not be processed for the next month. If you do this 3 months in a row, your upgrade will be removed.
~ Cheating:
Castle Mails is imposing a 3 strike rule. This means 3 violations of terms and your account will be deleted and all earnings and benefits forfeited. Following is a list of forms of cheating. Each will count as one strike unless otherwise noted.:
1) Using click software or click bots (immediate forfeiture of account and all associated earnings and benefits)
2) Clicking more than one link at a time
3) Having more than one account (immediate forfeiture of account and all associated earnings and benefits)
4) Promotion or instruction on or of how to cheat (immediate forfeiture of account and all associated earnings and benefits)
5) Trying to receive credit for a paid to join and not actually joining the program
6) Putting links in the Castle Mails database that are against terms
7) Clicking Search links or Site Support Affiliate links and not performing the required action (NOTE: This in no way means that we REQUIRE you to click any search or site support link. It is only saying that if you CHOSE to click these links you MUST perform the required action.)
8) Clicking cheat links or bad turing numbers
9) Failing an english test
10) Not following requests (If I ask you to stay out of the site and you fail to do so, you will be terminated and forfeit all benefits and earnings from your account.)
11) Stating negative comments about Castle Mails or any of it's admin or members while you are a member of Castle Mails.
~ Link Errors:
At times we may send out a link that was for the wrong amount. You understand that if this happens we reserve the right to do a roll back on your account and deduct mistaken earnings from your account. If you knowingly send in ads that have obvious mistakes in the pricing-they will be rejected-and it will be noted in your account as a strike-as these should be reported!! 3 strikes and your account will be terminated. Once an account is terminated it will not be restored. However, if you wish to do so you may sign up again (unless your account was terminated because of fraud).
~ Abuse of Staff:
Abuse of Staff is considered sending vulgar emails to any of our email accounts. Harassing any member of staff about payout request, redemption request, memberships or any other harassment via email or instant messaging will be cause for termination of your account without notice. All downline and all earnings will be lost forever
~ Admin Messages:
Admin messages sent to the members are solely intended for the members of this site only. If you are found to be copying these Admin Messages in any other forum such as GPF, Been Paid or any other forum without the consent of the program owner, your account will be deleted and all earnings and downlines will be forfeited. We wish you to resolve your complaint with the PO of this site FIRST - but pasting of Admin messages sent to our Members, At any forum of any type is strickly prohibited and will not be tolerated... You WILL be terminated immediately !!
~ Misc. Rules and Actions:
1) Checking the following keywords will result in the loss of your Castle Mails account: bot user, don't read, can't understand english and/or I cheat.
2) Email accounts: you must keep your email accounts up to date. The first bounce, will be free. The second bounce, I will place you on site inbox only. The third bounce, you will be fined $0.05. The fourth bounce, you will be fined $0.10. The fifth bounce you will be suspended. This doesn't mean each email. It means each day that you have a bounced email.
~ Advertising Terms:
-- The website must not contain pornographic, racist, discriminating, vulgar, illegal, or other adult materials of any kind.
-- The website must not contain any frame breakers.
-- The website must not contain or promote any viruses
-- The website must not conatin ANY prompts such as download dialogs or confirmation alerts.
-- The website must not exceed the 1 popup/popunder limit
-- The website's single popup/popunder must not open any new windows.
-- The website's single popup/popunder must not break any of the above terms.
~ Subject to change:
This agreement can change. Although we have the right to change this agreement without any prior notice to our members, we will send out a notice to all of our members the new terms and/or terms that have changed. If for any reason you do not accept the changes, you will need to contact us, and your account will be removed.
